Your order is guaranteed to arrive in good condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Service within seven (7) days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction. If warranted, we will assist with a replacement or exchange.
We will either reship the item or replace it with another of equal or greater value. A replacement or exchange will be shipped within seven (7) days. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. 85ºC Bakery Cafe reserves the right to limit replacements. Refunds are not offered.
Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. 85ºC Bakery Cafe cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier).
We guarantee your order will arrive in a frozen condition. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, and the limited life of the dry ice included, it is your responsibility to either bake the products immediately, or place the boxes of products in a freezer immediately. We will not guarantee products that have been left unattended for an extended period of time.
We will ship your order to the shipping address you provide. Please include your name, street address, company name (if applicable), suite or apartment numbers when applicable, street name, city, state, and zip code to ensure proper delivery.
85ºC Bakery Cafe is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
- You provide an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address;
- You and/or the recipient is out of town or not available, or
- The shipment is rerouted to a different address than what was originally provided.
Shipments that are returned and require rerouting due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier.
