“Bake and Serve” level are the pastries that are as simple as placing it in your oven, baking it, then serving it fresh.
“First Time Baker” level will include one or two simple steps before or after baking that will perfect your pastry. These are great for letting children get hands-on with their first baking experience.
Our “Home Baker” level is more complex. They include a variety of experiences such as proofing, egg washing, or even mixing ingredients to achieve some of 85ºC’s most popular pastries.
